I’m Patrick. I work North Texas real estate with Ember Realty, which means I spend a lot of time in other people’s kitchens saying things like “the light in here is doing a lot of work.”

This blog is the leftover comments. Market stuff. Neighborhood stuff. What an open house actually feels like once the cookies are gone. DFW, mostly. Dallas, Fort Worth, and the towns people mean when they say “we’d commute if the house was right.”
